Tanggungjawab :
- Responsible for the efficient operation of the building and all its equipment, maintenance and repair services and protection of the owner's asset, including air-con, electrical and water systems.
- structural aspects as well as the maintenance of grounds and external facilities all fall within the span of responsibility.
- To solve guest's complain and liaise with them for work request regarding to maintenance.
- Arrange stock and maintain the operation in storeroom.
- Keeping up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to the job.
Syarat-syarat permohonan :
- Qualification : SPM or equivalent
- At least 1 year working experience in related field
- Required language : Malay & English
- working experience in air-con industry will be an added advantage
- Responsible, result-oriented and good time management skills, mature, leadership and able to work in a team.
- Driving license.
